Project Overview:
The Mississippi River Regional Trail Expansion will connect
a critical segment of the Mississippi River Trail (MRT) through the Mississippi
West Regional Park located in Ramsey, MN. This project is part of a larger national initiative to build a 3,000
mile network of trails along the entire length of the Mississippi River from
its headwaters in Itasca, MN to the Gulf of Mexico.
